The developer Aedas Homes entrusts to CHM its second project, in this case it is the construction in Madrid of 100 dwellings in closed block, 100 storage rooms and 165 parking spaces. With 2 basement floors. The new building will be located in the Aluche neighborhood. The architectural firm in charge of drafting the project is Burgos y Garrido.
The basement will be built using a 15-meter deep pile screen system and consists of a 15,000 m2 structure with a one-way slab, a sate system facade and facing brickwork. It also has a swimming pool located on the roof of the building.
