Parque Mariola ofrece un conjunto residencial de 220 viviendas formado por 5 bloques de viviendas de 2, 3 y 4 dormitorios con zonas ajardinadas, zonas recreativas y deportivas. Actualmente se ha finalizado la primera fase, que se compone de 40 viviendas, y están en ejecución las fases 2 y 3.
