CHM will build 155 homes for Aedas in Denia for 16.4 million

The developer group has commissioned the construction company from Alicante with its new development in the coastal municipality of Alicante, which will consist of four blocks of buildings.
CHM will build the four blocks of apartments that will shape the residential complex Mariana Real II of Denia, a residential promotion promoted by Aedas Homes and that will be formed by 155 houses.
According to the Alicante-based construction company, the works will involve an investment of 16.4 million euros and are expected to take 21 months to complete.
CHM focuses its activity on the development of road works (roads, railroads, airports and urbanization), infrastructure conservation, building, urban services and hydraulic works. Part of the Vallalba Group.
The Alicante-based group, owned by the Martínez Berna family, directly employs around 450 people and has a network of five national and two international offices in Algeria and Poland.
