CHM, together with the company COPASA, have been awarded one of the big new road contracts by the Spanish Ministry of Public Works and Transport. The contract is for a new stretch of the A-33 dual carriageway in the province of Albacete between Cieza (Murcia) and La Font de la Figuera (Valencia) and is worth a total of 36.87 million euros.
The work will take place from the N-344 junction to the junction with the A-31 on the borders between the provinces of Albacete, Murcia, Alicante and Valencia. The works will take place over a period of 28 months.
Once all sections of the A-33 are in service, this dual carriageway will benefit traffic connecting Medio and Alto Vinalopó with Murcia and Valencia.
