- The construction company and the Valencian consulting firm will build photovoltaic plants in Spain in order to sell the energy generated.
Madrid, July 15, 2019. The company CHM and signature TECNOURBAN have signed a strategic alliance to enter the solar energy business. Thus, on the one hand, they will deploy large photovoltaic parks of their own with the aim of selling the energy generated through long-term contracts (PPA), and on the other hand, they will build self-consumption projects for third parties.
For the development and execution of these projects, both companies have the collaboration of the multinational firm SAFERAY, which has extensive experience in the development of photovoltaic parks and reflects the effort to take advantage of the synergies of the three companies in the Spanish market to advance in the deployment of solar energy.
In relation to self-consumption projects, individuals will have a comprehensive service that covers everything from preliminary studies, engineering, financing and legal procedures, to start-up with assembly, equipment supply, operation and maintenance.
This alliance combines TECNOURBAN's expertise in photovoltaic energy projects with CHM's experience in large construction projects. As a result, the construction company is promoting a new line of business focused on renewable energies.
