Madrid, October 21, 2019.- CHM and Fundación Adecco have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. For one year, both entities will work together on a labor integration program in which people with disabilities will be guided in their job search according to their professional profile, skills, and interests.

Within the framework of this collaboration, various actions to raise awareness and educate about disability will also be launched. The signing of the agreement took place at CHM's head office and was attended by Juan Pablo Martínez, area coordinator for Fundación Adecco, and Esther Blat, HR director for the construction company.

For Blat, the launch of this agreement shows CHM's commitment to especially vulnerable people: “Contributing to facilitating the employment integration of people with disabilities is fundamental, but it is not enough. This work also requires awareness-raising actions focused on society as a whole. Therefore, we wanted to take a step further and try to reach everyone by organizing training and awareness-raising activities.”, Explain.

For his part, Martínez has explained that: “Business support for integration programs is fundamental to achieving the normalization of disability in the ordinary labor market. The company CHM has shown great commitment in this regard, and we will work together to contribute to this.
