On the 7th of February, the demonstration was officially presented. LIFE HEATLAND, where the importance of such a large-scale project and its significance in the urban environment were highlighted, given that it seeks to mitigate the effects of climate change.
This action is part of the objectives of the 2030 strategy (Urban Agenda), which is also adopted by the city of Murcia and becomes the first city to have this type of asphalt, aligning itself with the Sustainable Development Goals.
With the implementation of this new seal, reference data will be obtained to quantify its suitability and replicate it in other municipalities that so require.
