CHM, in order to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, has acquired a new chipboard press, which complements a whole range of specialized machinery.

This new team consists of:

•  “VOGELE SUPER 2100-3 i Paver”

This machine features high performance and low consumption, allowing for reduced emissions. It has automatic developments, “AutoSet Plus,” and automatic adjustment. Additionally, it offers the selection of saved spreading programs, providing repeatable quality and memorizing all relevant parameters for spreading.

Maximum output of 1,100 tons per hour, with great towing capacity thanks to its high power of 253 HP and track drive.

Equipped with a High Compaction System, using a tamper and 2 pressure bars.

Maximum screed width with hydraulic extensions up to 9.50 meters and possibility of attaching a fixed screed with a width of 13 meters with the SB 250-2 TV Conversion Kit.

Automatic lubrication system and “SmartWheel” system with two ruler width opening speeds.

•   “GRW 280i Compactor – 28 Tn”

It has an automatic tire inflation system for all 8 wheels. A second additional brake capable of braking 28 tons of inertia. It also has an “intelligent ballast” system that allows for quick and precise machine weight preparation, as well as the possibility of adding ballast with different materials and weights.

It has heating and air conditioning, as well as improved visibility to allow the driver to see all external flanks of the wheels, and improve safety against the risks of running over pedestrians.

Its high weight allows for the compaction of thick asphalt layers and road recycling layers that require High Compaction Systems.

•   “HAMM HD 110 i VO roller”  

It has intuitive handling and electronic machine management. Thanks to its 3-point linkage, very flat surfaces are quickly achieved without crushing.

It has heating and air conditioning, as well as a clear view that allows for precise finishing of particleboard edges.

Vibration and Oscillation System available, independently or simultaneously, to prevent excessive vibration in sensitive structures, such as bridge decks or residential areas or hospitals. The Oscillation system also allows for an excellent finish on asphalt joints.

As a guarantee of a quality surface finish, this Roller Compactor has two added systems:;

“Temperature indicator” that detects the temperature of the asphalt surface in situ and in real-time, so that said pavement is always within its optimal temperature range.

“Hamm Compaction Meter”, which indicates the degree of compaction of the asphalt mix thanks to an accelerometer sensor in its metal tire.
