The real estate developer Neinor Homes has awarded CHM the construction contract for a project of 54 homes, garage, storage rooms, and common areas at Antonio Urosa street number 2, Latina, Madrid. The architectural firm that drafted the project is Ruíz-Larrea & Asociados.

These three-bedroom homes are distributed across four entrances, two with five stories and two with seven stories, and include underground parking and storage rooms. The architectural design of the facades is unique, mixing various typologies in different volumes, with ventilated facades of limestone, External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), and architectural concrete panels.
